Since launching the construction of its corporate culture system in 2023, Zhongwei Chemical Fiber has consistently focused on the goal of “rooting culture in every job and integrating core values into actions,” steadily advancing the implementation of its cultural initiatives: In 2023, we laid a solid foundation and built consensus; in 2024, taking “the Year of Learning” as an opportunity, we established a comprehensive communication and promotion system; and in 2025, we are positioning it as the “Year of Implementation,” making concerted efforts to shift our corporate culture from “deeper understanding” toward “practical application.”

Against this backdrop, the preliminary round of the themed speech contest—“Putting Corporate Culture into Practice: I’m a Doer”—carefully planned by the Human Resources Department was recently held successfully. As the first cultural practice activity of the “Implementation Year,” this contest adopts a “learning through competition and action through presentation” approach, providing all employees with a platform to put culture into practice and share their insights and experiences.

The atmosphere at the competition venue was electric, with applause and shared resonance intertwining. Contestants from various roles—ranging from functional departments to production workshops—closely adhered to the theme, seamlessly integrating abstract cultural principles into concrete work practices. Contestants from the production system shared how they’ve adopted a “pursuit of excellence” mindset to optimize processes and boost product quality rates; representatives from the sales team recounted how they’ve upheld a spirit of “resilience” in market development, earning customers’ trust through relentless efforts; and contestants from the equipment maintenance department emphasized the importance of “maintaining a long-term, vigilant safety baseline and rejecting any complacency or侥幸 mentality,” thereby solidifying the company’s safety defenses through meticulous attention to every small detail. Each story stemmed from real-life work experiences, and every insight was imbued with a deep sense of responsibility and commitment, vividly showcasing the Zhongwei people’s spirit of internalizing culture and putting it into action.

After a comprehensive evaluation by the judging panel across three key aspects—“alignment with the theme, authenticity of the story, and emotional impact of the presentation”—12 colleagues ultimately stood out and successfully advanced to the finals. Their shared insights not only reflect their deep understanding of the company’s corporate culture but also set an inspiring, practical example for all employees to learn from and emulate.
