To recognize outstanding achievements, set benchmarks, and further inspire all employees to actively participate in and creatively contribute to the morning meetings, the recognition ceremony for the advanced departments of the Zhongwei Fiber Morning Meetings for 2025 was held at the company on December 1. All employees gathered together to witness this significant moment, which embodies both cultural heritage and team consensus.

At the award ceremony, Human Resources Director Su Weifang announced the results of the morning meeting evaluations and extended warm congratulations to the winning teams. She set forth clear requirements for further optimizing future morning meetings, suggesting that each department integrate practical job-related insights, management experiences, examples of corporate culture, or positive role models into their sharing sessions to enhance their inspirational value. At the same time, she announced the addition of a new segment—“Department in Charge of Leading Exercises This Week”—and stated that this segment would serve as an important criterion for future evaluations, enabling teams to better showcase their unique characteristics and collectively elevate the quality of morning meetings.

As an important vehicle of Zhongwei’s corporate culture, the morning meeting serves as a foundational platform for passing on the company’s spirit, building team consensus, and driving the implementation of our cultural values. The holding of this recognition ceremony is a vivid illustration and deep reinforcement of the morning meeting culture—“using meetings to inspire action and using action to embody our values.”

The specific award results are as follows: Zhongwei Technology Equipment Factory won the First Prize; Te Xian Factory received the Second Prize; and the Procurement Department, Information Technology Department, Human Resources Department, and Audit Department tied for the Third Prize.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, Chairman Chen Haitao delivered a concluding speech. First, he extended his congratulations to all the award-winning departments and expressed gratitude to all employees for their dedication and commitment during the morning meetings. He emphasized that morning meetings are a crucial component for revitalizing the organization, aligning thinking, and boosting morale, and that consistently participating in these meetings is a conscious practice of corporate culture. He pointed out that the continuous optimization and innovation of morning meetings reflect the team’s capacity for learning and self-renewal, encouraging各部门 to learn from each other and actively push boundaries, thereby truly transforming them into a cultural platform that unites hearts and sparks vitality. He called on all employees to translate the consensus and energy they’ve gained from the morning meetings into concrete actions that drive their work forward, collectively injecting cultural momentum into the company’s high-quality development.

This recognition not only affirms our phased achievements but also serves as a fresh call to action for building our morning meeting culture. Morning meetings are about more than just formalities—they’re about fostering cultural identity and nurturing team spirit. We believe that all Zhongwei employees will continue to use morning meetings as a vital bond, steadily strengthening our organizational cohesion, execution capabilities, and sense of unity. In the 2026 evaluation, we’ll see even more outstanding teams emerge, collectively writing a new chapter of vigorous advancement under the guidance of Zhongwei’s unique culture!
