Sinowin Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. was founded in Y2015, invested and controlled by Shanghai Mozi Investment Co., Ltd. The headquarter is in Shanghai and production base is in Hebi City, Henan Province. Huafon Group, a leading polyamide company, and Sinochem Capital, a Fortune 500 company, are Sinowin's shareholders too. The company is the first national enterprise in China to produce nylon 66 automotive airbag yarn. The company has six series of products, including nylon 66 high tenacity industrial yarn, tire cord fabric, industrial staple fiber, twisted yarn, modified engineering plastics, and plastic parts, which are mainly used in airbags, tire reinforcement materials, protective clothing, high-end sewing threads, parachutes, paper making felt, high-speed rail tracks, electronic appliances and other fields. The company and the Chinese Academy of SciencesThe Institute of Chemistry has jointly established the "Henan Functional Polyamide Fiber Engineering Technology Research Center", established industry-university-research platforms with Donghua University and Zhongyuan Institute of Technology, and has three provincial-level R&D platforms. The company has been rated as a national high-tech enterprise, a national specialized, special and new small giant enterprise, a national green factory, a Gazelle enterprise in Henan Province, and a high-performance fiber pilot base in Henan Province. The company and its projects have been included in the "Action Plan for the Development of Nylon New Material Industry in Henan Province" , "Modernization of Nylon New Material Industry Chain in Henan Province", "Henan Province's 14th Five-Year Strategic Emerging Industries and Future Development Plan", "Henan Province to Accelerate the Material Industry Advantage Reengineering and Lane Changing Leading Action Plan".2022-2025)" and other documents, which will be fully supported.
Sinowin chemical fiber Co.Ltd plans to build a comprehensive nvlon industrial base consisting of 90, 000 tons of nylon 66 highstrength FDy filament, 45,000 tons of nylon 66 tyre cord fabric, 20,000 tons of nylon industrial staple fiber and 40,000 tons of nylon engineering plastics compounded resin, with a total construction area of 250,000 square meters. The spinning production lines and cord fabric production lines introduce the most advanced 6-pair hot rollers and 8-head spinning complete set of equipment from Germany's Oerlikon Bamag Company and the full set of glue mixing and dipping equipment from Germany's Benninger Company. Meanwhile, the online hairness detection system from Austria's Lenzing Company is introduced. And Germany Textechno company's fully automatic tensile stretching and tensioning machine and other advanced physical property testing equipments, so as to ensure company's products can meet customer needs of high quality products.
