On October 16, in the intelligent demonstration factory for the annual production of 20,000 tons of nylon 66 special functional fibers, machines roared, and equipment operated at high speed. After multiple processes such as screw extrusion, melt spinning, stretching and shaping, and winding, a roll of pure white silk was freshly "produced" from the production line, marking the successful one-time "start-up" of the project, injecting strong momentum to improve the company's intelligent manufacturing level and accelerate the agglomeration development of the nylon industry cluster.
Since the project commenced, the company has established a project team, built mechanisms, strengthened measures, detailed task division, and node planning, closely monitoring each area, each link, and each piece of equipment, implementing construction goals in stages, grasping construction progress by segments, and improving the equipment entry mechanism by type, ensuring that all work is carried out with high quality and effectiveness, laying a solid foundation for the project’s production.
The successful completion and production of the project marks a new step for Zhongwei Chemical Fiber in the development path of "refinement, differentiation, and specialization" in nylon 66. The new production capacity can not only provide more, comprehensive, and better core material supply for downstream enterprises in the special nylon town of Henan, but also lay a solid core raw material foundation for the nylon industry-related industries settling in Hebi, such as those from Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the Yangtze River Delta, and the Pearl River Delta.
