This year, we have successfully completed our production and operational goals. Zhongwei Chemical Fiber achieved zero accidents in safety production throughout the year and successfully completed the goals set at the beginning of the year. Brands such as "Zhongwei", "Kaifubang", and "Xianuo" have established a good reputation in the market. The company successfully introduced strategic investors such as Huafeng Group and Sinochem Capital Venture, with investments from leading polyamide companies and industry funds under Fortune Global 500 companies, giving wings to the company's development.
This year, our major project construction has been steady and solid. As the leading enterprise, Zhongwei Chemical Fiber has initiated the construction of the special nylon town, which has begun to take shape, with all functional areas of the "one area, four parks, and one college" layout under construction. The intelligent demonstration factory for producing 20,000 tons of nylon 66 functional fibers successfully started operations in one go, placing the company among the leaders in the nylon 66 functional fiber industry; the production of major projects such as 60,000 tons of nylon 66 special industrial yarn and high-performance rubberized curtain fabric is imminent, further improving the product matrix; the expansion of the twisting production line, green and intelligent upgrades, and the 2×5.8 megawatt rooftop photovoltaic power generation projects are progressing as scheduled. The company continues to invest in green and low-carbon initiatives and has been recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a "National Green Factory".
This year, our management improvement plan has shown significant results. Zhongwei Chemical Fiber adheres to the quality philosophy of "even if it takes a hundred years, we must strive for perfection", actively promotes the 6S on-site management system, and strengthens product quality process control, continuously improving both "internal quality" and "external appearance". The "Management Improvement Plan" has been successfully implemented, with orderly execution of modules such as corporate governance and comprehensive budget performance management, and the effects of the seven sessions of new employee training camps are evident. The company (and its subsidiaries) successfully completed the re-examination of the "three standard" systems, OEKO-TEX 100 certification, and obtained certification for energy management systems, GRS systems, and IATF16949 systems.
