On January 11, 2024, Zhongwei Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. received the IATF 16949 automotive quality management system certificate issued by SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance). The acquisition of this certificate signifies that Zhongwei Chemical Fiber's production management meets the requirements of the IATF 16949 automotive industry quality management system, marking that the company's products have obtained a "green pass" in the automotive industry.
The company officially launched the implementation of the IATF 16949 automotive quality management system standard on January 10, 2023. Subsequently, experts from Luo Xi Enterprise Management Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. were invited to investigate the actual situation of various departments in the company, and targeted training sessions were conducted four times, covering aspects such as the IATF 16949 system standard, five core tools, VDA6.3, and VDA6.5, providing in-depth explanations to lay a solid foundation for improving product and service quality and enhancing the company's quality management system. During this period, five offline and internal special guidance sessions were held, and the company team revised the corresponding documents based on the training and existing conditions. For the identified non-conformities, team members developed scientific and reasonable improvement methods to complete various rectifications to high standards, effectively improving the process management capabilities and quality management levels of team members.
During the operation period, the company placed great importance on the project, investing a large amount of human and material resources. Team members strictly executed according to system requirements, and development projects were implemented strictly based on the product quality planning procedures, with all development projects forming a complete set of APQP documents. From the preparation of system documents, trial operation to on-site review by experts, the company team took a year to successfully pass the on-site audit conducted by SGS, obtaining the IATF 16949 automotive quality management system certificate, which is a recognition of Zhongwei's quality management system!
