On January 19, led by the management personnel of the spinning factory, the packaging team employees conducted in-depth learning on the processes of raw material input, screw extrusion, melt spinning, stretching and shaping, and winding. The training method of combining theoretical knowledge with on-site operation observation helps employees better adapt to the company's development needs, improve work efficiency and quality, and deepen their understanding of the production process.
