This event is divided into three stages: departmental learning, preliminary round, and final.
1. Learning
Each department organizes its own learning and sharing.
2. Preliminary Round
The preliminary round is divided into management group, production group, and functional + sales group, with each group selecting the top 6 to enter the finals.
3. Final
Contestants who advance from the preliminary round enter the finals, with each group selecting 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 3 third prizes. After the finals, all employees who participated in the preliminary and final rounds will receive unified rewards and recognition.
