Since the project began construction, equipment installation started in February 2023, and after eight months, the production preparation work was completed. By October, the materials were put in, and within half a month, the entire process was smoothly connected, producing high-quality products on October 16.

The project entered the equipment installation phase in February, and to accelerate progress, the equipment factory coordinated various resources, strengthened project construction management, held regular construction meetings to help everyone clarify work content and check work status, and stimulated employees' initiative. In addition, the equipment factory placed great importance on safety management, strictly implementing the safety production responsibility system, ensuring that from team leaders to team members, everyone was involved in safety control, and assigned dedicated personnel to supervise high-risk operations such as lifting at the construction site to ensure safe production.

The equipment factory fought hard at the construction site with a "Wolf Warrior" spirit. They overcame personnel shortages while ensuring the daily operations of four production plants, working overtime and organizing the installation work in an orderly manner. At the construction site, tasks that could be completed on the same day were never postponed to the next day. "The production line is completed and put into operation as soon as possible" is the wish of all construction personnel. On weekends and holidays, as long as there are no special circumstances, most construction personnel choose to stay on site, and everyone still adheres to their work hours without anyone being late or leaving early.

As they approached the production phase, they insisted on closely monitoring the project, focusing on it, and tackling it head-on. They faced tight schedules and high temperatures without fear, working day and night with high professionalism and a rigorous work attitude, providing the company with first-class equipment and technical support. They worked hard and cooperated closely, not only providing professional guidance in equipment selection, engineering design, and installation debugging but also actively solving various technical problems during the project advancement, providing solid support for the smooth production of the project.

To ensure the smooth production of high-quality products for this project, they regularly organize training and learning to continuously improve their professional capabilities and technical levels, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results.

During the testing process, they strictly follow operating procedures and standard operating procedures to ensure that each step meets the requirements. At the same time, the quality control department strengthens the maintenance and upkeep of instruments and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition, improving the accuracy of tests.

While focusing on improving technical capabilities and strictly executing operational processes, the quality control department has established a comprehensive quality management system, developed detailed quality control plans, and strictly monitored and managed every link.
