To improve the quality of products and services and to promote quality as a new driving force for the company's development, on August 7, 2023, the company held a meeting on the IATF16949 automotive quality management system audit in the third-floor conference room. The meeting invited SGS senior quality management system expert Mr. Xin Zhankun to provide guidance throughout the process, with General Manager Wang Shengjian, relevant department heads, and internal auditors in attendance.
At the meeting, the head of the system office detailed the IATF16949 system audit work plan, reported on the current progress, and listed the materials that each department needs to provide. Subsequently, Mr. Xin guided everyone on the audit objectives, key points, requirements, and methods, and led the company's internal auditors in a three-day internal audit.
General Manager Wang Shengjian delivered a concluding speech. He required all departments to continuously focus on improving the IATF16949 system, to self-check and correct through this internal audit, and to rectify issues with a spirit of overcoming difficulties, ensuring the smooth operation of the IATF16949 system. He emphasized that the system office should continuously track the work progress and issue rectification status of each department, categorize the problems that arise, identify weak links, and adopt a problem-oriented approach to address shortcomings, strengthen management, maintain inter-departmental collaboration, enhance organizational implementation, and promote orderly progress in batches, thereby improving work penetration and forming a strong synergy to advance the IATF16949 quality management system, laying a solid foundation for continuously improving customer satisfaction and providing strong support for enhancing corporate management levels, improving the management system, and ensuring product quality.
Since the beginning of this year, the company has organized four IATF16949 system training sessions, inviting SGS senior quality management system experts to provide in-depth and accessible explanations on the IATF16949 system standards, five core tools, VDA6.3, and VDA6.5. This has further strengthened the company's learning and understanding of the IATF16949 quality management system documents, helping each department to truly integrate the quality management system into their work, thereby steadily improving the quality management level.

The company implements the IATF16949 standard to stabilize the ability to provide products and services that meet customer requirements and applicable laws and regulations through effective quality management means, thereby enhancing market competitiveness.
