To promote corporate culture construction and actively build a platform for "Zhongwei family" to express insights, showcase talents, and enhance skills, the final of the "What I Learn and Feel About Zhongwei Corporate Culture" speech competition will be held on January 12, 2024, in the conference room on the third floor of the administrative building.
This speech competition is an important activity for learning corporate culture. Since the competition started, various departments have attached great importance to it, actively promoting and mobilizing, with over a hundred employees signing up to participate. After the preliminary selection, 29 contestants made it to the finals.
The judges for the competition include Chairman Chen Haitao, Party Branch Secretary Hu Bo, General Manager Wang Shengjian, Production Director Xu Jianguo, Chairman's Assistant Li Jiuntao, and Company Consultant Song Haichao, who will score based on the content of the speech, language expression, overall effect, and speech duration.
In the finals, each contestant combined their actual work experience to focus on the theme of "What I Learn and Feel About Zhongwei Corporate Culture," sharing their stories and insights from daily work, showcasing the energetic and uplifting spirit of Zhongwei employees.

Chairman Chen Haitao gave a summary after the management group speeches. He stated that this competition is an opportunity to train everyone's language organization ability, communication skills, and logical thinking ability, and it is also an important activity to cultivate the "Zhongwei family"'s sense of identity with corporate culture. He believes that true culture is a change in thinking, and for a company to be different, it must have its own thoughts. We need to refine the essence of Zhongwei thought and maintain consistency, which is the essence of our corporate culture. He pointed out that since Zhongwei's establishment, its large scale and production capacity are closely related to everyone's efforts, but there is still a long way to go from "large" to "great." Everyone is an important part of becoming a "great" company. To create a more brilliant future, he hopes we can take corporate culture as our soul, maintain a sense of crisis, race against time, observe more, listen more, think more, and work together to achieve future goals.
General Manager Wang Shengjian gave a summary after the speeches of the functional + marketing group and production group. He first affirmed everyone for being able to stand on the stage to showcase and surpass themselves. He mentioned that our corporate culture has just begun, and everyone should base themselves on their positions, continue to learn, and use culture as a guide to form a unified code of conduct and methods. He emphasized that corporate culture is not just a slogan or a competition, but something everyone must learn, accepted from top to bottom and inside out, continuously deepening to form a legacy.
