To enrich employees' spiritual lives and promote corporate culture construction, the company is holding a speech competition themed "What I Learn and Feel About Zhongwei Corporate Culture."
From December 27, 2023, to January 5, 2024, the preliminary rounds for the Functional + Marketing Group and the Production Group will be held in the conference room on the third floor of the administrative building. More than 70 representatives from various departments shared their stories of practicing corporate culture in their respective positions, combining their insights and experiences with passionate emotions and inspiring words.
During the speech, the contestants took turns to showcase their speaking skills. They illustrated their understanding of corporate culture learning through vivid examples, compelling emotions, and easy-to-understand language, winning rounds of applause from the audience.
The atmosphere at the competition was lively and full of excitement. After intense competition, six contestants from each group were selected to enter the finals.
