Zhongwei (Henan) Nylon Fiber Technology Co., Ltd. was established in July 2024 with investment and controlling interest from Zhongwei Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., and its core business is the development of a high-performance polyamide fiber matrix material project.
The company is equipped with industry-leading production and testing equipment: the spinning process utilizes a complete set of six-pair hot-roller, eight-head spinning equipment from Oerlikon Barmag in Germany, while the adhesive formulation and impregnation processes employ specialized equipment from Benninger in Germany; the twisting equipment consists of a CC5 direct-twisting machine from Sulzer Alva in Germany, and the weaving stage is outfitted with imported jet looms from Dornier in Germany and Picanol in Belgium. In addition, the company has introduced an online hairiness detection system from Lenzing in Austria, as well as advanced physical-property testing equipment such as a fully automatic high-strength, high-elongation fiber fineness tester from Textechno in Germany.
Leveraging its robust technological capabilities, the company’s products are now exported to numerous countries, including South Korea, Russia, India, Indonesia, and Germany, establishing a strong presence in the international market.
